<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-106 <br /> <br />(3026/3080) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR THE AIRPORT NOISE INSULATION <br />PROGRAM, INTRODUCTORY PHASE PROJECT NO. SL-0401 <br /> <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and G.E. Chen Constnlction, dated January 17, <br />2006, AirpOli Noise Insulation Program, Introductory Phase, Project No. SL-0401, has been <br />cOll1pleted. <br /> <br />Said work has been conlpleted in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and <br />to the satisfaction of the Chief Building Official, and he therefore recommends that said \vork be <br />accepted. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follovls: <br /> <br />1. That the \vork hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said project. <br /> <br />3.
