Attorneys Fees and Costs <br /> <br />Should either party to this Agreement institute legal action to enforce any term of this <br /> <br />Agreement against any other party, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and <br /> <br />reasonable attorneys fees against the non-prevailing party. <br /> <br />15. Paragraph Headings <br /> <br />All paragraph headings contained herein are for convenience of reference only and are <br /> <br />not intended to define or limit the scope of any provision of this Agreement. <br /> <br />16.
