<br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />USER RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />1. User responsibilities: User agrees to abide by, operate and maintain the recycled water <br />system as Provided in the Agreement, in accordance with city and state regulations. <br /> <br />a) Site Supervisor Training. User's Site Supervisor must complete mandatory training <br />before commencement of recycled water use and must maintain and operate the system, <br />perform periodic monitoring, including completion of a monthly self-inspection and <br />provide written reports to the Provider. User will notify Provider as soon as possible, but <br />in no event less than 30 days from a change in personnel, when a Site Supervisor is <br />replaced. The replacement Site Supervisor must complete n1andatory recycled water use <br />and safety training within 120 days. <br /> <br />b) Notification to Provider. User shall inform the Provider within 72 hours prior to <br />performing any work on the site that will affect the recycled water system. User shall <br />notify the Provider immediately, but in no event later than 24 hours, in the event of a <br />water line break, spill, cross connection, fluctuation in pressure or major change in <br />recycled water quality. <br /> <br />c) Signage. Provider shall install appropriate signage notifying the public of the recycled <br />water facilities and the use of recycled water on the Golf Course. <br /> <br />d) No cross-connections. User will not permit recycled water pipes to be connected to any <br />other water service or piping. User agrees to always use purple pipe or pipe that is <br />labeled for recycled water for repairs and system improvements. <br /> <br />e) Irrigation times. User shall make every effort to limit its use of the recycled water to <br />periods when the potential presence of golfers on the Golf Course is at a minimum <br />(primarily between dusk and dawn). If the User must irrigate with recycled water when <br />golfers are on the Golf Course, the irrigation will be done manually and the system will <br />not be left unattended. <br /> <br />f) Irrigation Rules. User agrees to ensure that continuous runoff onto sidewalks and streets <br />and ponding during irrigation does not occur. User should use a sprinkler timer to water <br />in shorter intervals and multiple cycles to allow water to soak into soil. <br /> <br />g) Enforcement.
