If the Parties agree that either or both of these measures are to be used, the Minimum Quantity shall be reduced by the same magnitude as the volume of higher quality water used. The Parties are under no obligation to make substantial additional investments beyond that contemplated in Section 5. Unless the Parties agree otherwise, the collaboration required in this subsection shall proceed with all due speed, but in no case last longer than 45 days. 20. COUNTERPARTS. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. 21. NOTICES.
