<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-112 <br /> <br />(2323) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />BROWN & CALDWELL RELATING TO THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT <br />ELECTRICAL UPGRADE, PROJECT NO. 593-52-225 <br /> <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Brown & Caldwell, a copy of which is <br /> <br />attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br /> <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said document. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said agreelnent is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmelnber Badger and passed and adopted this 2nd day of October, <br /> <br />2006 by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; Mayor Young (6) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: Counciln1ember Nardine (1) <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
