Resolution No. 2003-100, Resolution Approving the Selection of Color and Texture Alternative II for the Sound Walls Along Both Sides of Interstate Highway 580 (1-580) in San Leandro Between Estudillo Avenue and 141 st Avenue (meets CAL TRANS requirement for a resolution from the City officially selecting one of three alternatives for color and texture for the sound walls).
