Resolution No. 2003-106, Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Calling <br />for Bids for Fiber Installation Nextlink Manor Boulevard/Farnsworth Street, Project No. <br />120-38-206, (provides for construction of new fiber optic cable along a portion of <br />Doolittle Drive, Williams Street, Merced Street, Wicks Boulevard, Manor Boulevard, <br />Farnsworth Street, Fargo Avenue, Washington Avenue, and Lewelling Boulevard and <br />connection of the existing signals to the traffic control center in City Hall).
