The public is invited to <br />make conUllents on items of public interest NOT listed on the Agenda. <br /> <br />Doug Ludvig, President of the Casa De Olivo Homeowners Association, addressed the <br />City Council, stating he previously brought to the Council's attention a concem regarding <br />suspected prior financial mismanagement of the homeowners association which he had also <br />reported to the Police Department. rollowing the Council meeting, the HOA received a letter <br />froIn the Police Department regarding the results of the investigation. Mr. Ludvig reported a <br />$3,500 judgment was recently awarded in small claims comi based on the same information <br />provided to the Police Department and requested the case be reopened. <br /> <br />Joe Gianforte, Secretary/Treasurer of the Casa de Olivo Homeowners Association, <br />addressed the City Council, stating on March 3, he and Mr. Ludvig addressed the City <br />Council regarding this issue. Mr. Gianlol1e expressed concern that the written response from <br />the Police Depal1ment received on March 5 did not reflect all the infomlation they provided. <br />I-Ie expressed interest that the matter be pursued further. <br /> <br />6. CITY MANAGER AND CITY ATTORNEY REPORTS AND COMMENTS <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager Schilling stated the rnatter of the Casa de Olivo Homeowners <br />Association will be referred back to the Police Department for consideration of any new <br />i nf<-mllation. <br /> <br />7. AMI<:NDMENT OF CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />City Council Members or staff have an opportunity at this time to request that an item be <br />removed from the Consent Calendar for the presentation of a staff report or other special <br />consideration.
