The public is invited to <br />make comments on itelns of public interest NOT listed on the Agenda. <br /> <br />Thomas Saunders, 782 Hutchings Drive, addressed the City Council, relating concerns with <br />illegal fireworks and enforcelnent by the police. <br /> <br />Larry Smith, 958 Arguello Drive, addressed the City Council regarding the lssue of <br />lTIotorized scooters in his neighborhood and the need for a local ordinance. <br /> <br />Joel Ng, 461 Begonia Drive, addressed the City Council, requesting the Council's assistance <br />in lobbYing for the release of Charles Lee, an American citizen who is imprisoned in <br />Mainland China. <br /> <br />Harold Perez, 2052 Vestal Court, addressed the City Council, supporting Mr. Saunders' <br />concerns regarding fireworks, relating a concern regarding a residential care facility in his <br />neighborhood, landscaping the median on Doolittle Drive, and concerns regarding clean air <br />and water. <br />
