Matter of a) Alnendment to Agreements Regarding the Surf Apartments Including <br />Owner Participation Agreement between Surf Apartments and Redevelopment Agency, <br />New Affordability Agreement between Citizens Housing Corporation and <br />Redevelopment Agency; and Alnendments to Regulatory and Loan Agreements <br />between the City and Surf Apartn1ents and; b) Alnendment to Regulatory and Loan <br />Agreements between City and Las Palmas Development Partners Regarding the Las <br />Palmas Apartments (amends the owner participation agreement and other related <br />documents to change the plans for the rehabilitation of the Surf Apartments, as <br />requested by Citizens Housing Corporation, owner of the Surf Apartment and Las <br />Palmas Apartments. These changes include building conlffiunity rooms in both <br />complexes instead of building a community center on the parking lot between the two <br />buildings and revising the landscaping plan on Lewelling Boulevard and in the interior <br />court yard. In addition, Citizens Housing Corporation has agreed to enter into a new <br />contract to lower rents on two units from 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) to <br />35% of the AMI). <br /> <br />a) Alnendment to Agreements Regarding the Surf Apartments Including Owner <br />Participation Agreement between Surf Apartments and Redevelopment Agency, New <br />Affordability Agreement between Citizens Housing Corporation and Redevelopment <br />Agency; and Alnendments to Regulatory and Loan Agreements between the City and <br />Surf Apartments. <br /> <br />.
