Each speaker will be allowed 3 minutes for <br />comments. <br /> <br />The following items were removed from the Consent Calendar and discussed during <br />New Business.: <br /> <br />7.13 Matter of San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Amendments to the Disposition <br />and Development Agreements with the Batarse Family Trust, U.T.A., Anthony <br />A. Batarse, Jr., Trustee, and Lavery California Dealership Properties No.1, <br />LLC, for Marina Boulevard Properties. <br /> <br />After extensive discussion by the City Council a maJonty of the Council <br />expressed a desire to not suppOli any further write-down of the property. The <br />following Resolutions were adopted: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2002-3, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of San Leandro Amending the Disposition and Development Agreement <br />Between the Batarse Family Trust, U.T.A., Dated May 7, 1987, Anthony A. <br />I3atarse, Jr., Trustee, and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San <br />Leandro fix the Disposition and Development of 505-517 Marina Boulevard <br />(APN 075-0087-004-12) (Formerly Known as a Portion of the Property <br />Located at 467 Marina Boulevard [APN 075-0087-003-02], 505 Marina <br />Boulevard [APN 075-00R7-004~04] and 517 Marina Boulevard [AJ>N 075- <br />OOR7-004-06] and a Portion of the Property at 635 Marina Boulevard [APN <br />075-0093-007-02]) (authorizes the City Manager to execute an amendment to <br />the Agreement with the Batarse Family Trust to facilitate a lot-line adjustment <br />with the adjacent developer that transfers R,419 square feet to the Batarse <br />Family Trust; the Agency's cost is because the land write-down in the <br />Agreement is applicable to the newly adjusted parcel). Cost: $44,625. <br />Funding: 2001 Certificates of Participation. Approved as amended: The <br />land price for the additional parcel is $25.30 per s(luare foot so that the <br />Agency will have no net cost for the land transfer.
