Matter of Appointment of Vice Mayor. <br /> <br />The City Council reappointed Council Member Glaze as Vice Mayor for a third <br />tem1. Mayor Young requested Vice Mayor Glaze to prepare a document on the <br />duties and responsibilities of the position of Vice Mayor. <br /> <br />The following Motion was then introduced: <br /> <br />Minute Order No. 2002-26, Matter of Appointment of Vice Mayor. <br /> <br />(1315) <br /> <br />The City Council reappointed Council Member Glaze as Vice Mayor for a <br />third term. <br /> <br />M/S/C Badger and Loeffler. Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />B. Matter of Certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report (FEIR) and <br />Adoption of the San Leandro General Plan. Continued from the April I, 2002, <br />City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />Barry Miller, Consultant, recapped sixteen reconunended language changes to the <br />General Plan and requested Council direction about the noise compatibility report. <br />
