Ayes: 5; Noes: 0; Absent: Mayor Young; <br />Recused: Grant <br /> <br />General Agency Member discussed cnsued regarding the design of the project. <br />Comments were made regarding the hope for a more Mediterranean looking design, <br />concerns lar adequate parking far visitors, questions regarding paratransit loading <br />and unloading, and services within the complex, i.e. gas vs. electric, laundry and <br />garbage access being only on the first floor. It was clarified that emergency <br />response access will be at the front of the building via red curbs. <br /> <br />The [ollowing Resolution was then introduced: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2002-11, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of San Leandro Approving an Amendment to the Disposition and Development <br />Agreement (DDA) Between American Baptist Homes of the West (ABHOW) <br />(assigned to San Leandro Senior Housing, Inc.), San Leandro Investors, LLC, <br />and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro far the Property <br />Located in the Joint Redevelopment Project Area at 232 East l41h Street; <br />Assessor's Parcel Numbers 076-0273-025, 076-0273-024, and 076-0273-027- <br />02, (2888) <br /> <br />M/S/C Loeffler and Santos. Ayes: 5; Noes: 0; Absent: Mayor Young; <br />Recused: Grant <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Public Comments are limited to 3 minutes per person. When you address the City <br />Council, you should fill out a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk so the order <br />of speakers may be detem1ined and an official record of names and addresses obtained. <br />The public is invited to make comments on Consent Calendar items, or other items of <br />public interest not listed on the Agenda, at this time. <br /> <br />Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Dr., addressed the City Council regarding the time <br />allotted far public comments and how the Minutes arc approved at the City Council <br />Meetings. <br /> <br />5.
