Rcsolution No. 2002-124, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro approving an amendment to the Owner Participation Agreement (OP A) with Eden Housing to construct a 16-unit home for developmentally disabled adults at 2390 East 14th Street; Assessor's Parcel Number 77E-1525-001 (authorizes the City Manager to execute an amendment to the a,b'Teement with Eden Housing Inc. to provide additional funding for the affordable housing project for developmentally disabled people at East 14th Street). Cost: $676,000. Punding: Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Fund.(2273) Mayor Young was excused for this matter. Public Comments: Linda Mandolini, Fuller Lodge Executive Director, addressed the City Council III support of the project. Matter of adoption of state-mandated California Building Standards Codes and related amendments (adopts state-mandated California Building Standards Codes, including Resolution of Findings pursuant to Califomia Health and Safety Code, Section 17958.7 related to modi llcations to the California Code of Regulations Goveming Building Construction; endorses changes and provides findings as to the local conditions requiring changes lI"om the Uniform and State Building Codes).
