Rcsolution No. 2002-124, Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San <br />Leandro approving an amendment to the Owner Participation Agreement (OP A) with <br />Eden Housing to construct a 16-unit home for developmentally disabled adults at 2390 <br />East 14th Street; Assessor's Parcel Number 77E-1525-001 (authorizes the City Manager to <br />execute an amendment to the a,b'Teement with Eden Housing Inc. to provide additional <br />funding for the affordable housing project for developmentally disabled people at East <br />14th Street). Cost: $676,000. Punding: Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Fund.(2273) <br /> <br />Mayor Young was excused for this matter. <br /> <br />Public Comments: <br /> <br />Linda Mandolini, Fuller Lodge Executive Director, addressed the City Council III <br />support of the project. <br /> <br />Council Member Grant requested information on the availability of other agency funds for <br />the project. Matter of adoption of state-mandated California Building Standards Codes and related <br />amendments (adopts state-mandated California Building Standards Codes, including <br />Resolution of Findings pursuant to Califomia Health and Safety Code, Section 17958.7 <br />related to modi llcations to the California Code of Regulations Goveming Building <br />Construction; endorses changes and provides findings as to the local conditions requiring <br />changes lI"om the Uniform and State Building Codes). <br /> <br />City Manager Jermanis introduced the matter and explained the process lC)f publication of <br />the changes and the call/c)f a public hearing to be scheduled on September 1 Cl, 2002. <br /> <br />Public Comments: <br /> <br />None. <br />
