Council Member Loeffler's comments were submitted on the attached notes. <br /> <br />E. Mayor Young commented on the San Leandro Pride Program providing each school <br />district with desktop 11ags for all third-grade classes in San Leandro and mentioned the <br />private schools will also be receiving Dags. She reported on the Aleliing and Warning <br />System sibrning ceremony, which involves Alameda, San Leandro, and Oakland, and <br />noted it will be held on Tuesday. She noted the South Field Research Study Group has <br />been approved by the Port of Oakland; Dennis Resucci and John Manuel will serve as <br />representatives Lor San Leandro. She announced she has been chosen to serve on the <br />Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) Board 10 Jill the term of fonner <br />Alameda Mayor Ralph Appezzato. <br /> <br />10.
