<br />Minutes - City of San Leandro City Council and <br />San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Joint Meeting - April 2, 2001 <br /> <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />then Mike Maples, Developer, gave a detailed presentation on the proposed <br />housing development. <br /> <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> <br />Frank Garcia, 119 Preda Street, addressed the City Council in opposition to the <br />development expressing concerns regarding traffic circulation and parking. <br /> <br />Bob Battinich, 14349 Washington, addressed the City Council in support of the <br />proposal, but expressed concerns with the traffic impacts on current residents. <br /> <br />Heidi Finberg, representing the Chamber of Commerce, addressed the City <br />Council in support of the proposed development. <br /> <br />Esther Holcomb, 694 Douglas Drive, addressed the City Council expressing <br />concerns with traffic circulation of the proposed development. <br /> <br />There being no further comments from the public, the Public Hearing was closed. <br /> <br />M/S/C Galvan and Glaze.
