Resolution No. 2001-74, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement <br />with Montgomery Watson Americas, Inc., Relating to Davis Street Sewer <br />Improvements, Timothy Drive to Donovan Drive, Project No. 01-593-52-116 <br />(provides for engineering services during construction and construction <br />management services on the subject project). Cost: Not to Exceed $239,083. <br />Funding: Approved in 2000-2001 Capital Improvement Projects Budget, Water <br />Pollution Control Plant Fund. (2323) <br /> <br />D. Resolution No. 2001-75, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement <br />with DKS Associates Relating to the Advanced Signal System, Phase V, Project <br />No. 120-38-205 (provides for design services and construction document <br />preparation for the subject project).
