He also commented that the space on the north <br />side of the Library is underutilized and inquired as to whether that could be <br />included in the "reserved spaces" to increase income. <br /> <br />The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2001-78, Resolution Amending Title 6, Chapter 4 of the San <br />Leandro Administrative Code Relating to Fees and Charges for Services <br />Provided by City Departments and Increasing the Amounts of Certain Said <br />Fees (provides for increases in parking rental rates for the Estudillo Garage, <br />Callan Avenue Lot, and Plaza Lot, effective July 1,2001). PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Public Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person, for a total time period of one <br />hour. When you address the City Council, you should fill out a speaker card and <br />submit it to the City Clerk so the order of speakers may be detennined and an official <br />record of names and addresses obtained. The public is invited to make any comments <br />related to Agenda items, or other items of public interest, at this time_ <br /> <br />A. Edward Gaudinier, 14700 Washington Avenue, addressed the City Council <br />regarding rising rents in San Leandro. <br /> <br />B. Kathy Banks, 964 Hutchings Drive, addressed the City Council regarding the <br />need for a locked assisted living facility for Alzheimer's patients in San Leandro. <br /> <br />C. Mike Rawlis, 964 Hutchings Drive, addressed the City Council regarding the <br />need for a locked assisted living facility for Alzheimer's patients in San Leandro. <br /> <br />D. Lloyd L. Rash, 20451 Forest Avenue, Boy Scouts of American Troop 603, <br />addressed the City Council asking how the vacancy in District 1 will be filled. <br />
