Cost: $60,000. Funding: General Fund (2323) <br /> <br />The City Council directed that the matter of the Contractual Sel'Vices <br />Agreement with Aquatic Design Group for the Washington Manor Pool <br />Refurbishment, Project No. 01-210-62-002 and Authorizing Amendment <br />of the Agreement to Expand the Scope of the Needs Assessment be <br />bl'Ought back at a future City Council Meeting. <br /> <br />No Vote <br /> <br />B. An Ordinance Repealing Title VI, Chapter 6 of the San Leandro Municipal Code <br />and Reenacting Title VI, Chapter (1 Relating to the Permitting of Taxicab <br />Businesses, the Permitting of Taxicab Drivers, and the Operation of Taxicabs in <br />the City of San Leandro <br /> <br />Mike White, Interim Finance Director, gave a brief stafT report on the proposed <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />Council Member Nardine suggested that the permit be visible from outside the <br />taxicab. The balance of the City Council agreed with the suggestion The City <br />Attorney was directed to add a sentence to Section 6-6-330 of the ordinance <br />renecting that the City may require the display of the permit to be visible outside <br />the cab. <br /> <br />The following Ordinance was then introduced: <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 2001-016, An Ordinance Repealing Title VI, Chapter 6 of the <br />San Leandro Municipal Code and Reenacting Title VI, Chapter (i Relating to <br />the Permitting of Taxicab Businesses, the Permitting of Taxicab Drivers, and <br />the Operation of Taxicabs in the City of San Leandro (1168/1413/1024) <br />-- Passed to Print as Amended <br /> <br />M/S/C Loeffler and Nardinc.
