Grindley, Applicant; J Tyson, Property Owner; RS (PD) Residential, Single- <br />Family, Planned Development Overlay District and P (PD) Professional Oflice, <br />Planned Development Overlay District. <br /> <br />This being the time and place J(.)r the Public Hearing on the above matter, Debbie <br />Pollart, Planner 3, gave the statf report and indicated stair is recommending <br />upholding the appeal <br /> <br />The Hearing was then opened to the public <br /> <br />Milton G.-indley, 1 S44 Bann"oft Avenue, applicant, gave a presentation <br />regarding his project and urged the City Council to uphold the appeaL <br /> <br />Lou Filipovirh, 15376 Laverne llJ-ive, addressed the City COLlncil reading from <br />his quoted comments in the Planning Commission Minutes. lie supported the <br />proposed projecl and wuuld not agree with sellding this back to the Planning <br />Commission <br /> <br />Mindy Carte.", 629 Elsie Avenue, addressed the City Council indicating this <br />project is right in her backyard and urgecl approval of the project. She cornmented <br />on how this will greatly improve the property <br /> <br />Faye Gipson, 1812 BanlToft Avenuc, addressed the City Council in support of <br />the proposed project <br /> <br />There being no further comments ti-om the public, the Public Hearing was closed. <br /> <br />M/S/C Loeflln and Santos.
