An addendum to the Hatarse Agreement to provide that if Mr. Batarse defaults on <br />his obligation to provide a new car dealership, the neighboring property owner will <br />have the first right of refusal to purchase the property and locate a dealership on <br />the site Both dealers will have a reciprocal right because they have the most <br />motivation to corne in, if there is def~lldt, and make sure a dealership is built <br /> <br />. An addendum to the Agreement with the Lavery California Dealerships the <br />agreement currently obligates the Agency to turn over the property on February 1, <br />2002. That date will be amended to March I, 2002, to allow the Yokota Nursery <br />sufficient time to vacate the property The Agency will be reimbursing Lavery <br />Calitcmlia Dealerships for part of the financing costs for that additional 30 days. <br /> <br />The following Resolutions were then introduced <br /> <br />I.
