CITY COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> <br />A. Reports on Intergovernmental Agencies <br /> <br />I. Vice Mayor Glaze reported LA VWMA (Livermore-Amador Valley Water <br />Management Agency) had agreed to a settlement with San Leandro. <br /> <br />2 Council Member I A1ef1ler repolied he and the Mayor had attended the EDAB <br />(Economic Development Alliance for Business) Conference last Friday in <br />Pleasanton He commented the focus was on tourism in the Bay Area, given <br />the recent terrorist attacks in New York and its economic impact <br /> <br />3. Mayor Young commented on the Clean Air Regional Funds for the Shuttle <br />Program which were approved by the Mobile Source Committee She <br />indicated there would be a $147,000 grant received by San Leandro from the <br />BAAQM District (Bay Area Air Quality Management District) <br /> <br />n.
