<br />IN THE CITY ('OUNCTL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PINAL TRACT MAP POR TRACT 7791, CONVERSION OF <br />THE EXISTING WILLOWS TOWNHOUSE APARTMENTS INTO CONDOMINIUM <br />UNITS. ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 080G-1287-001-02, LOCATED AT 650-740 PARGO <br />AVENUE, OWNER AND APPLICANT: WILLOWS PARGO, INC. <br /> <br />FINDINGS <br /> <br />Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for <br /> <br />Tract 77() I, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for its <br /> <br />design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />There has been submitted to this Council, a Pinal Tract Map entitled "Tract Map 7791, <br /> <br />City of San Leandro. County of Alameda, State orCalifo111ia". <br /> <br />The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7791, <br /> <br />attached hereto as 12xhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, has certified that said Pinal <br /> <br />Map confo1111s to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it is technically correct; <br /> <br />and that the subdivider has complied with the provisions orTitle VJl, Chapter 1 orthe San <br /> <br />Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br /> <br />NOW, TI IEREFORE, the City Council of the City or San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />A. That said Tract Map 7791 is categorically exempt from the environmental review <br /> <br />requirement of CbQA, under Class 15, Minor Land Subdivision, of Title 28, Chapter 1 o[the <br /> <br />San Leandro Administrative Code. <br /> <br />B_ That s,lid Tract Map 7791 is hereby approved, subject to the conditions listed in <br /> <br />12xhibit A, all ached hereto. <br />
