Business Devcloprnent Manager Luke Sims gave a PowerPoint presentation describing the Redevelopment Project Areas and the activities ofthe Redevelopment Agency. (1485) The City Council accepted the Fiscal Year 2005-06 Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro Annual Report. M/S/C Grant and Stephens. Ayes: 6; Noes: 0 B. Resolution No. 2007-004, Resolution Amending Title 1, Chapter 5 of the San Leandro Administrative Code Relating to the Car Allowance for the Mayor (reduces the car allowance ('or the Mayor from $375 per month to $250 per month). Resolution Commending Jack Papazian, 2006 San Leandro Chamber of Commerce President (approves a ceremonial resolution of the City Council). Vice Mayor Grant suggested that such resolutions be placed on the Consent Calendar in the future. Mayor Santos commented that he would like the full Council to be more involved in the issuance of these documents and hopes to discuss the matter at the Council's upcoming retreat.
