A brief explanation is <br />provided for each of the environmental factors checked, except for "No Impact" answers. <br />Public Review <br />A 30 -day public review period for this draft Negative Declaration commenced on October 23, <br />2006, and ended on November 22, 2006. There were no comments submitted during the public <br />review period. The Negative Declaration was also submitted to selected State agencies through <br />the State Clearinghouse (#2006102085) for a 30 -day review period. There were no comments <br />submitted regarding the proposed project as a result of state agency review.
