<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />AND <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR <br />PARCEL MAP 9375 <br /> <br />2380, 2382, AND 2384 WEST AVENUE 134TH <br /> <br />FINDINGS <br /> <br />Pursuant to the prOVIsIOns of Section 7-1-520 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, I have <br />examined Parcel Map 9375 and find that it will be in compliance with Title VII, Chapter 1 of the <br />San Leandro Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act upon completion of the <br />conditions of approval listed below. <br /> <br />1. Prior to the release of the Final Map for signatures, the City of San Leandro (City) will <br />require an annotated copy of the Conditions of Approval (PLN2006-00051) explaining <br />how each condition has been satisfied. A copy of this document shall be submitted to <br />the Engineering and Transportation Department and the Community Development <br />Department for review and final approval. <br /> <br />2. The proposed development shall comply with City ordinances, policies, and regulations. <br />All improvements shall be in accordance with the City's Design Standards, <br />Specifications, and Standard Plans unless otherwise specifically approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />3.
