<br />FAIR HOUSING <br /> <br />Under the CDBG and HOME certifications to BUD, the City certifies that it will "affirmatively <br />further fair housing". The City has adopted its portion of the Analysis of Impediments to Fair <br />Housing as part of the Alameda County HOME Consortium.
