(3019) 9. ITEMS REMOVED FROM CONSENT CALENDAR Public comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker per item, subject to adjustment by the Mayor. Public Comments on Items 8.B and 8.C.: Wafaa Aborashed, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, expressing concern that she felt there was insufficient public notice and public participation prior to the Council's first vote on the ordinances. Ms. Aborashed urged the Council to increase its efforts in public engagement.
