<br />DRAFT MINUTES <br />City of San Leandro City Council Special Meeting-February 26, 2007 <br /> <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Lou Filipovich, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, commenting on the need <br />for the Council to include stakeholders in its decisions. Mr. Filipovich asked for the amount <br />of debt incurred by the Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br />4. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Gregory thanked Mayor Santos and City staff for an excellent retrospective <br />of the City and stated that he looks forward to working on the City's goals this year. <br /> <br />Councilmember Souza thanked the City staff and Mayor Santos for a wonderful presentation <br />and stated that she embraces the opportunity to work with her colleagues on the Council. <br /> <br />Councilmember Starosciak congratulated Mayor Santos on an excellent, well-written and <br />informative presentation. She concurred with her colleagues in their support of the Mayor's <br />goals for the City. <br /> <br />Councilmember Stephens commented that it was an excellent presentation. <br /> <br />Councilmember ProIa commented that he shares Mayor Santos' goals and looks forward to <br />working with his Council colleagues and City staff. <br /> <br />5.
