Ayes: 7; Noes: 0 <br /> <br />The newly appointed and reappointed Board and Commission members who were <br />present took their Oath of Office administered by City Clerk Marian Handa. <br /> <br />3. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Public Hearing Comments are limited to 5 minutes per speaker, subject to adjustment by the <br />Mayor. When you address the City Council, you should fill out a speaker card and submit it <br />to the City Clerk so the order of speakers may be determined and an official record of names <br />and addresses obtained. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />4. She congratulated Jim ProIa on his appointment to the <br />City Council. <br /> <br />Doug Percival, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council regarding the view <br />obstruction by neighbors' fences in his Bay 0 Vista neighborhood. Mr. Percival asked the <br />City Council to adopt an ordinance to address the problem. <br /> <br />Adan Alonzo, San Leandro resident, addressed the City Council, thanking the Council, <br />staff and residents of San Leandro for allowing him to participate in the District 6 <br />appointment process.
