' <br /> <br />EXHIBIT C <br /> <br />CITY-FURNISHED FACILITIES <br /> <br />City shall furnish physical facilities such as desks, filing cabinets, and conference space, as may <br />be reasonably necessary for Consultant's use while consulting with City employees and <br />reviewing records and the infonnation in possession of the City.
