<br />1776 of the California Labor Code. All such payroll records <br />shall be certified, available for inspection and filed in <br />accordance with the procedures specified in subsections <br />(b)-(e) inclusive of Section 1776 of the California Labor <br />Code, <br /> <br /> <br />ix) It is understood and agreed that all documents that <br />Permittee is required to submit to or file with the Port under <br />this subsection shall constitute public records that shall be <br />available to any member of the public for review or copying in <br />accordance with the California Public Records Act. <br /> <br />x) Permittee shall be responsible for complying with Section <br />1777.5 of the California Labor Code concerning apprenticeable <br />occupations, with respect to all work covered by that section. <br /> <br />xi) Except where the context otherwise requires, the <br />def ini tions of terms and phrases contained in the State <br />prevailing wage law, Sections 1720 et seq. of the <br />California Labor Code, and in the implementing <br />administrative regulations, shall apply to the same terms <br />and phrases which are used in the prevailing wage <br />requirements of this subsection. <br /> <br />Oyster Bay Slough Trail Improvements <br />R!GHT-OF-ENTR~ AND <br />!NDEMNIT~ AGREEMENT <br />l02681.v6 <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />
