Nothing contained herein shall operate to <br />increase Underwriters' limit of liability. <br /> <br />Permi ttee' s insurance coverage shall be primary insurance as <br />respects the Port of Oakland, its officers, officials, employees, and <br />volunteers. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the Port, its <br />officers, officials, employees, or volunteers shall be excess of <br />Permittee's insurance and shall not contribute with it. <br /> <br />A certificate/certificates or endorsement/endorsements <br />evidencing such insurance coverage shall be filed with the Secretary of <br />the Board of Port Commissioners prior to the commencement of the term of <br />this Agreement and said certificate shall provide that such insurance <br />coverage will not be canceled or materially' changed without at least 30 <br />days' prior written notice to the Secretary of the Board. At least 30 <br />days prior to the expiration of any such policy, a certificate or <br />endorsement showing that such insurance coverage has been renewed or <br />extended shall be filed with the Secretary of the Board. I f such <br />coverage is canceled or reduced, Permittee shall, within 15 days after <br />receipt of written notice from the Port of such cancellation or <br />reduction of coverage, but in no event later than the date of such <br />cancellation or reduction, file with the Secretary of the Board a <br />certificate or endorsement showing that the required insurance has been <br />reinstated or provided through another insurance company or companies. <br /> <br />l02681.v6 <br />
