<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />AND <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR <br />PARCEL MAP 9307 <br /> <br />1588 DOOLITTLE DRIVE <br /> <br />FINDINGS <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-1-520 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, I have <br />examined Parcel Map 9307 and find that it will be in compliance with Title VII, Chapter 1 of the <br />San Leandro Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act upon completion of the <br />conditions of approval listed below. <br /> <br />1. Prior to the release of the Final Map for signatures, the City of San Leandro <br />("City") will require an annotated copy of the Conditions of Approval for <br />Conditional Use Permit PLN2006-00107 explaining how each condition has been <br />satisfied. A copy of this document shall be submitted to the Engineering and <br />Transportation Department and the Community Development Department for <br />review and final approval. <br />2. Structures along the property line, namely the lime slurry tanks, the overhead <br />piping, covered metal deck, and the guard shack shall be removed as shown on <br />the drawing titled "Tentative Map - Parcel Map 9307" by Kier & Wright. <br />3. An Overhead Utility Conversion fee of $135,071.58 ($278.59 per linear foot of <br />Doolittle Drive frontage) shall be paid by the applicant prior to fmal approval of <br />this parcel map. <br />4. The proposed development shall comply with City ordinances, policies, and <br />regulations. All improvements shall be in accordance with the City's Design <br />Standards, Specifications, and Standard Plans unless otherwise specifically <br />approved by the City Engineer.- <br />5.
