Conflict with any local policies or ordinances <br /> protecting biological resources, such as a tree X 2,6 <br /> preservation policy or ordinance? <br />f. Conflict with the provisions of an adopted <br /> Habitat Conservation Plan, Natural <br /> Community Conservation Plan or other X 2,6 <br /> approved local, regional, or state habitat <br /> conservation plan? <br />EXPLANATION: The project sites are currently developed either with residential or commercial structure and paving. Ornamental <br />landscaping, orchard trees and ruderal weeds represent on-site plant habitats. There are no known rare, threatened, or endangered <br />plant or animal species anticipated on-site. Additionally, no wetlands are known to exist on-site. Development of the project site <br />with the future development would remove existing vegetation, with re-planting of ornamental landscaping and lawns typical of <br />urban development. The City does not have an adopted tree ordinance, nor a conservation plan. Therefore, development of the <br />project site is anticipated to result in no impact to biological resources. <br />7. MINERAL RESOURCES. Would the project: <br />a. Result in the loss of availability of a known <br /> mineral resource that would be of value to the X 2,6 <br /> region and the residents of the state? <br />b. Result in the loss of availability of a locally, <br /> important mineral resource recovery site X 2,6 <br /> delineated on a local general plan, specific plan <br /> or other land use plan? <br />EXPLANATION: There are no known mineral resources lv.-:ated within the boundaries of the project area, which has been <br />reviously developed. Therefore, no impacts to mineral reSCdrces are anticipated. <br />8. HAZARDS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS. Would the project: <br />a. Create a significant hazard to the public or the X <br /> environment through the routine transport, use, 2 <br /> or disposal of hazardous materials? <br />b. Create a significant hazard to the public or the X <br /> environment through reasonably foreseeable <br /> upset and accident conditions involving the 2 <br /> release of hazardous materials into the <br /> environment? <br />c. Emit hazardous emissions or handle hazardous <br /> or acutely hazardous materials, substances, or X 2 <br /> waste within one-quarter mile of an existing or <br /> proposed school? <br />d. Be located on a site which is included on a list <br /> of hazardous materials sites and, as a result, X 2 <br /> would it create a significant hazard to the <br /> public or the environment? <br />e. For a project located within an airport land use <br /> plan, would the project result in a safety hazard X 2,6 <br /> for people residing or working in the project <br /> area? <br /> ... <br />f.
