<br />Policy 19.06 - Encourage local employers to develop programs that promote rides haring, <br />bicycle use, and other modes of transportation that reduce the number of vehicle trips <br />generated. <br /> <br />Implementation - When the subdivision was approved, conditions were placed on it <br />requiring the installation of bicycle racks on each building pad; limiting uses to those that <br />didn't adversely impact traffic in the area; and encouraging future tenants to provide <br />information on alternative modes of transportation (such as the LINKS shuttle) to their <br />employees. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br /> <br />This item is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per <br />CEQA Guidelines, Article 19, Section 15332 as an in-fill development project. <br /> <br />PUBLIC OUTREACH <br /> <br />This item received normal noticing, including a legal advertisement, posting of the property, and <br />notification for the 300-foot radius.
