The list of properties attached to the <br />March 19,2007, staff report and ordinance reflected a draft list that was utilized for the <br />environmental analysis. Subsequent to release of the Negative Declaration, one of the properties <br />(Greenhouse Mall, APN No. 412 0001 00701) was dropped from the list based on finalization of <br />the overlay criteria. <br /> <br />The final list is attached here to Ordinance No. 2007-006. The title of the ordinance has been <br />corrected to reflect the number of properties on the final list. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />None. <br />
