That on or about the 18th day of April 2005, the City of San Leandro, a municipal <br />corporation ofthe State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br />California, did enter into a certain contract with GRADE TECH, INC., PO BOX 1728, <br />SAN RAMON, CA 94583, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, <br />DAVIS STREETIDOOLITTLE DRIVE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS, <br />PROJECT NO. 04-210-38-249 <br /> <br />2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of <br />improvement are as follows: Great American Insurance Company. <br /> <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San <br />Leandro as completed on the 5th day of March 2007. <br /> <br />4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the DAVIS <br />STREETIDOOLITTLE DRIVE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT <br />NO. 04-210-38-249, project is that of public improvement made to public right-of-way of <br />the State of California in certain land designated as portions of Davis Street and Doolittle <br />Drive, San Leandro, CA 94577. <br /> <br />I certify under penalty of peIjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
