<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-044 <br /> <br />(2323) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />ENVIRONMENT AL SCIENCE ASSOCIATES (ESA) RELATING TO THE SHORELINE <br />RIPRAP CONSTRUCTION, PROJECT NO. 147-42-148 <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Environmental Science Associates, a <br /> <br />copy of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br /> <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Grant and passed and adopted this 2nd day of April 2007, <br /> <br />by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Grant, Gregory, ProIa, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />(7) <br />(0) <br />(0) <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
