COMPLIANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS <br /> <br />A. The property owner shall comply with Exhibits A thru C, dated July 6, <br />2006, except as hereinafter modified. (Copies of Exhibit A thru D are on <br />file in the Community Development Department, 835 East 14th Street, <br />San Leandro, California). <br /> <br />Exhibit A - Site Plan <br />Exhibit B - Floor Plan <br />Exhibit C - Example of Massage Area Partitions Material <br /> <br />B. The applicant and/or property owner shall be responsible for assuring that <br />any successor in interest who assumes responsibility for this conditional use <br />permit approval is informed of its terms and conditions. <br /> <br />II. PERMITTED USE <br /> <br />A. This conditional use permit approval allows for two massage tables and <br />one massage chair, as part of a day spa within an existing commercial <br />building. The hours of operation for the business shall be 10 a.m. to 9 <br />p.m., with the last appointment at 8 p.m., seven days per week; 1097 <br />MacArthur Boulevard; Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Number 76-350- <br />10. <br /> <br />B. Signage for this business shall be in keeping with the existing sign <br />program for the building, and a sign permit obtained prior to installation. <br /> <br />III. MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />A. The project site shall be well maintained and shall be kept free of litter and <br />debris at all times. <br /> <br />B. Any graffiti shall be promptly removed from building walls, windows or <br />doors. <br /> <br />IV. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />A.
