On August 4, 2004, approximately 70 people attended a BBQ and community meeting at <br />BMS <br />. On September 1, 2004, approximately 40 people attended the Recreation and Parks <br />Commission public meeting <br />. On September 8, 2004, approximately 15 people attended the City CouncillSLUSD School <br />Board Liaison Committee public meeting <br />. On September 14, 2004, approximately 85 people attended the SLUSD community meeting <br />. On September 21, 2004, approximately 40 people attended the Estudillo Homeowner's <br />Association meeting <br />. On October 14, 2004, approximately 6 people attended the City CouncillSLUSD School <br />Board Liaison Committee meeting <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br /> <br />. The total project cost including design, construction, and management is estimated at <br />$2,828,000 <br />. Per the MOU and revised agreement, the SLUSD will provide SLUSD and grant funds <br />totaling up to $2,776,912.40 for this project. SLUSD funding is comprised of the following: <br />o $1,000,000 Youth Soccer and Recreation Development grant from the California <br />Department of Park and Recreation <br />o $22,568 Tire Derived Product (TDP) grant from the California Integrated Waste <br />Management Board (CIWMB) for the artificial track paving <br />o $800,000 from SLUSD Measure B bond funds <br />o $954,344.40 from SLUSD funds <br />
