22. Notices. All notices herein required shall be in writing, and delivered in person or sent by registered mail, postage prepatd. Notices required to be given to City shall be addressed as follows: CITY CLERK, CIVIC CENTER, 835 E. 14TH STREET, SAN LEANDRO, CALIFORNIA 94577. Notices required to be given to Subdivider shall be addressed as follows: SL 101, LLC 16492 Foothill Blvd, San Leandro, CA 94578 Attn. Pamela Ri21! Notices required to be given to the surety of Subdivider shall be addressed as follows: Any party or the surety may change such address by notice in writing to the other party and f' thereafter notices shall be addressed and transmitted to the new address. 23. Recordation of Abstract. Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Subdivider has executed and has caused to be acknowledged an abstract of this Agreement. Subdivider agrees City may record said abstract in the Official Records of Alameda County. Upon initial approval and/or initial acceptance of the required improvements by the City Council, City agrees to record a Notice of Completion in the Official Records of Alameda County. 24. Assignment. This Agreement will not be assigned without the prior written consent of City. 25. Additional Terms and Conditions. This Agreement is subject to the following additional terms and conditions, including all applicable conditions of approval for Parcel Map 9401. (a) All improvements to be provided by Subdivider under the terms of this Agreement shall be completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer prior to the issuance of [mal building inspection approvals for residential purposes by the Chief Building Official ofthe City of San Leandro.
