<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />AND <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR <br />PARCEL MAP 9401 <br /> <br />101 CALLAN AVENUE <br /> <br />FINDINGS <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-1-520 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, I have <br />examined Parcel Map 9401 and find that it will be in compliance with Title VII, Chapter 1 of the <br />San Leandro Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act upon completion of the <br />conditions of approval listed below. <br /> <br />1. Prior to the release of the Final Map for signatures, the City of San Leandro (City) will <br />require an annotated copy of the Conditions of Approval for Conditional Use Permit <br />PLN2006-00 1 07 explaining how each condition has been satisfied. A copy of this <br />document shall be submitted to the Engineering and Transportation Department and the <br />Community Development Department for review and final approval. <br /> <br />2. An Overhead Utility Conversion fee of $51,320.78 ($277.77 per linear foot of East 14th <br />Street and Callan Avenue frontage) shall be paid by the applicant prior to fmal approval <br />of this parcel map. <br /> <br />3. The proposed development shall comply with City ordinances, policies, and regulations. <br />All improvements shall be in accordance with the City's Design Standards, <br />Specifications, and Standard Plans unless otherwise specifically approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />4.
