Ms. Pollart described the process, noting the units are never full <br />while being transported. <br /> <br />Councilmember Starosciak asked how the sewer rates would be calculated. Public <br />Works Director Mike Bakaldin outlined the process for determining the fee formula. <br /> <br />Councilmember Souza asked whether the cleaning water was recaptured or drained to <br />the bay. Ms. Pollart indicated that there is a special drain in the Mechanics Building for <br />the cleaning water. <br /> <br />Mr. Decoito addressed the question raised by Vice Mayor Grant, commenting that after <br />3:30 p.m., the primary work performed is the preparation and maintenance of the trucks. <br />Mr. Decoito described the transportation and cleaning of the units and the different fleet <br />vehicles used. <br /> <br />Councilmember ProIa commented that he met twice with representatives from National. <br /> <br />.
