<br />311 MacArthur Boulevard; PLN2006-00 1 04 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />May 7,2007 <br /> <br />CONCLUSION <br /> <br />The proposal provides in-fill housing on an underutilized site within a transit-oriented corridor. <br />The development plans would be compatible with the existing immediate area. The proposed <br />architecture would enhance the appearance of the MacArthur Boulevard corridor. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission and staff recommend that the City Council approve the rezone, the <br />planned development, and the vesting tentative map to develop a new residential 23-unit row <br />house subdivision, subject to the attached recommended conditions and findings. <br />
