<br />2205 Belvedere Ave., San Leandro, CA 94577 <br /> <br />TO: Planning Commission, City of San Leandro <br />City Council, City of San Leandro <br /> <br />April 6, 2007 <br /> <br />We the undersigned understand that Faith Fellowship Church is relocating to the <br />industrial building on 14600 Catalina Ave, San Leandro. <br /> <br />The church has approximately 1500 members. Their move into our neighborhood will <br />cause many problems such as noise, pollution, and traffic congestion. Further growth will <br />tremendously exacerbate the problems. <br /> <br />By occupying the industrial building, the City will be denied substantial tax revenue <br />which can be used to improve services. <br /> <br />We strongly protest against the move and urge the Planning Commission and City <br />Council to deny permission for the industrial property to be converted to a Church. <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Suman Sharma <br /> <br />Sarojini Sharma <br />
