Exceptions were made for non-motorized vehicles owned
by the City and travel trailers where owners have obtained temporary 72-hour parking permits
for the trailers.

~ 6-1-430 (c) has been redrafted to prohibit parking of non-motorized vehicles on any City street.

Current City Council Policv
Title 6, Chapter 6-1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code

Previous City Council Action(s)
In recent months, the City Council has made amendments to other Municipal Code sections in
order to provide the Police Department with greater enforcement ability for community
preservation matters.

City Council Committee Review and Action
None
