<br />Environmental & Regulatory Constraints Assessment 3 <br />ESA CSA <br /> <br />May 7, 2007 <br /> <br />Not applicable. <br /> <br />Environmental Review <br />Approval of the Environmental and Regulatory Constraints Assessment contract with ESA is <br />exempt from CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act). <br /> <br />Code Compliance Review <br />Not applicable. <br /> <br />Board/Commission Findines <br />Not applicable. <br /> <br />Summary of Public Outreach Efforts <br />Not applicable. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br />Funding for the Assessment is derived from the City's Shoreline account (597-57-003-5120). <br /> <br />Budeet Authority <br />Per the Finance Director, there are sufficient funds available in the Shoreline Enterprise Fund to <br />finance this study. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />None <br /> <br />CONCLUSION <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve a contractual services agreement with ESA for <br />an amount not to exceed $34,978 to prepare an Environmental and Regulatory Constraints <br />Assessment for the Marina study area. This assessment is a necessary first step in looking at <br />potential options for future uses in the study area. <br />
