Discussion Regarding Committee Meeting Dates and Times <br /> <br />The Committee agreed that meeting times and dates should continue as now: 9:00 a.m. to <br />10:30 a.m. on the first Friday of odd-numbered months. <br /> <br />7. Public Comments <br /> <br />John Manuel asked questions regarding the runway use agreement in the 2004 Addendum to <br />the Settlement Agreement between the Port and the City. Staff confirmed that a runway use <br />agreement is part of the Addendum once the ILS is installed on 27L. <br /> <br />Dennis Rosucci commented on the South Field Group's continued efforts to get compliance <br />with the Runway 11 departures. <br /> <br />8. Committee Member Comments <br /> <br />Committee Member Starosciak asked that there be some tracking done to record the <br />accomplishments of the Study Groups and the City's work with the airport in improving <br />conditions for the community over the years. Staff will work with the Noise Management <br />Office for a tracking of accomplishments. <br /> <br />Committee Member Starosciak also asked that there be a review ofthe elements of the <br />Settlement Agreement and both Addendums to bring the new Committee members up to speed. <br />Staff will add that to the next Committee agenda. <br /> <br />9.
