The former Kelloggs property sold to a well financed individual <br />property owner. The new owner plans to retain the tenants in approximately two- <br />thirds of the buildings. The remaining one-third of the property, which was used by <br />the former owner for storage, will be vacated and many of these buildings will be tom <br />down. A new entry to the property will be constructed, along with renovation to the <br />site in general.
