This office building transferred ownership in early April and <br />plans are moving ahead to divide it into non-residential condominium units. <br /> <br />. 2040 Williams. The former Kelloggs property sold to a well financed individual <br />property owner. The new owner plans to retain the tenants in approximately two- <br />thirds of the buildings. The remaining one-third of the property, which was used by <br />the former owner for storage, will be vacated and many of these buildings will be tom <br />down. A new entry to the property will be constructed, along with renovation to the <br />site in general. The new owner is hoping to restore the original building to its former <br />use as a food processing site. <br /> <br />5. Public Comments: None <br /> <br />6.
